Memoirs of a Mommy: Testing testing one two...three?

Oh baby. This is the first post.......and a test. Woo hoo!

South Western Chicken

1 Tbs Veg Oil
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into bite sized pieces
1 (10 oz can) Diced tomatoes and chilies
1 Green Pepper
1/2 White onion
1 (15oz) can black beans rinsed and drained
1 (8 oz) Can corn drained
1 Pinch cumin
1/2 Package taco seasoning
Dash minced garlic, and chili powder
Hard taco shells (Optional)

Brown chicken in vegtable oil. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, green pepper, onion, and all of the seasonings. Let simmer for 25 minuets. Serve in taco shells, or over rice, or just by itself.
